I had a fantastic time at this hotel during my recent stay. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling main square but still peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect balance. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the comfortable double bed to the hot showers in the spacious bathroom. It was clear that the hotel took great care in ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests. Additionally, the breakfast offered each morning was delicious and provided a great start to the day.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was wonderful and we had no complaints whatsoever.

Hammam and general atmosphere. Breakfast on roof. Proximity to Medina.Typical Moroccan riad style/decor. Bathroom.
Cockerel crowing in building next door at 5.30 in morning!

Architecture and atmosphere of courtyards, fountains, pools and roof top terrace. Abdul was very helpful providing a map, information about attractions, organising tours and bus tickets and recommending restaurants including those serving wine.
Difficult to find because address on Booked.net did not include the area and the street name was not unique so the first taxi took us to the wrong street. The Riad said they had asked Booked.net to make the address more accurate.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was next to a beautiful fountain and right in the centre. The staff was very helpful scheduling transportation, organizing excursions, and providing restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
No negatives from this place.

Riad 107 is decorated in traditional Moroccan style-very exotic and friendly. You will not want to not stay in your room all day. Breakfast featured a different type of bread or baked good every morning. The fireplace was very welcome as we had untypically cold rainy weather (do be prepared for all types of weather as a riad is an "open air" hotel). The "staff" are very friendly and accommodating - they organized a day trip into the nearby mountains for us, through their contacts.
The taxi transfer service at 15 euros is a bit expensive. And the porter who carries your bags from the taxi drop-off place to the riad took advantage of our lack of knowledge (and lack of small currency when first arriving) to seriously overcharge us for this service. The owner of the Riad, who knows more about touristic questions (where to eat for example), was unfortunately not present enough (only once in 5 days).

The Riad is really close to the famous square and once you have found it the first time it is easy to find again. The breakfast was good with lots of yummy fruit.
There were a few things that were not as we had hoped when we had booked. Our double room was simply two singles put together, the WiFi was not working and we had to pay with cash as the credit card machine was also out of order. Small things but made the Riad appear a little disorganised.

location, quality of rooms, beds were very comfortable, staff was superb...kind, helpful, polite, considerate, very responsive.
there was nothing I didn't like during my stay at Riad 107. One possible exception was a group of noisy guests who insisted on being fed by the hotel usually quite late at night. But that was not the fault of the hotel. And happily, the guests soon departed.

The riad was a bit run down, and we were not able to pay with a credit card.

The breakfast on the roof was pretty good, and the rooms were clean. , the location was good, not too far from the main square and easy to find.
The pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, and the staff didn't speak great English, which made communication difficult. the air conditioning was not very effective and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best.
